MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  FOR A FABULOUS WEEKEND

OF MUSIC AND DANCE…..FRIENDSHIP AND FUN! !

FEBRUARY 10-12, 2006

The CDSS Executive Committee will visit the Princeton area to introduce themselves to our local dance community, call and participate in 2 local dances, and meet with our local dance leaders.

            WHO IS CDSS?

The Country Dance and Song Society (CDSS), is the national organization that the Princeton and Lambertville Country Dancers are group affiliates of. As are hundreds of folks and organizations that promote traditional English and American music, dance and song. It is the glue that binds together dancers all over the country- and the world. The CDSS motto is:

“Continuing the traditions.  Linking those who love them.”

CDSS sponsors fabulous summer camps for adults and for families. There you can enhance your dance and music skills, make friends and fall in love with dancing all over again!

The CDSS Exec. travels twice a year to visit affiliate dance groups and participate in their dance groups. There, they conduct their own work meeting – and also want to meet you! Who are the folks they are working for and what are their concerns? Meetings will happen on Saturday and Sunday during the daytime, and you are welcome to attend.

BUT IN THE EVENINGS…PUT YOUR DANCE SHOES ON!
